FOUHKO KAMWA epse NGU Chimène (Directrice Exécutive du CGA, Conseil fiscal stagiaire et Doctorante en Droit Public)
Chimène NGU is Christian, married, passionate about taxation and plans to obtain her CEMAC Licence to practice in the Central Africa sub-region. That’s why, she is doing an internship as required by Regulation N ° 08/19-UEAC-010A-CM-33 revising Regulation N ° 13/09-UEAC-051-CM-20 of 11 December 2009 revising the Statute of tax councils.
After brilliantly defending a memoire on incentive measures in Approved Management Centers (CGAs) in order to obtain a Master in Tax Administration, she drew inspiration from it to run a business as an intrapreneur and helped Cabinet Conseils GAPSSI JM to become a management center approved by the Ministry of Finance. After that, she was appointed Executive Director of CGA GAPSSI JM. She is also a PhD student in Public Law, holding a Bachelor in Audit and Business Management Control and also a High National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and Business Management. She worked as an
accountant in several local and oversea companies. She is also at the head of an association called "ENTREPRENEURS INTÈGRES ". She is also an Alumni of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a program initiated by Barack OBAMA, former President of the United States of America. This background allows her to have useful versatility within the AMC that she leads. According to the National Institute of Statistics (NIS), taxation is the first obstacle to entrepreneurship. According to the National AntiCorruption Commission (NACC), Cameroon is one of the 30 most corrupted countries in the world. It is ranked among the 15 most corrupted countries in Africa and tax centers are listed among the most corrupted circles in Cameroon. Aware of these issues, the main challenge of Chimène NGU is to help entrepreneurs to succeed in their businesses with integrity. In addition, she strives everyday to promote tax compliance. In view of the tax advantages granted by the AMC, she thinks that joining an AMC is a godsend in order not only to pay less taxes without having to resort to fraudulent maneuvers, but also to benefit from assistance in matters of management
